Fundación CTIC — Centro Tecnológico de la Información y la Comunicación — is the Spanish office of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). It was incorporated in 2003 as a private cultural, social and educational not-for-profit foundation. It is registered as a technology center in the Register of Technology Centers and Centers for Supporting Technological Innovation under Ministry of Science and Innovation Resolution dated 23 November 2011, with No. 94, in accordance with Royal Decree 2093/2008, of 10 December, and it is part of the Network of Technology Centers of the Principality of Asturias.
